Construction Kicks Off

Construction has officially kicked off on the first Waterfront Townhomes at Dock One North!

With Metricon now on site following the complete sell-out of this initial release, this milestone marks a significant step forward in welcoming our first residents to this unique harbourside precinct.

Once complete, the precinct will feature 128 townhomes and 272 apartments — all thoughtfully designed to embrace open space and capture 
scenic views of the Port River.

More than just a development, Dock One North 
is part of the ongoing revitalisation of 
Port Adelaide.

The next collection of waterfront homes 
will be released this July.
